I will be recommending Knolls Jewelers to all my family, friends and to anyone who might need it. I brought in my grandmothers ring which was in rough shape and they brought it back to life. Sue is an absolute sweetheart and was extremely helpful throughout my entire experience with them. They're also affordable every other jewelry store up here wanted 6 times the amount I paid. Another plus was that they were also incredibly fast I dropped my ring off Friday and they had it ready the following Tuesday. I will be going back for future cleanings and any other jewelry needs. 10 stars!!!!

Sue was very nice and very informative. I took a chain to have a clasp replaced and they were able to do it within an hour for a great price.

Awesome customer service. Went in to get rings resized. She realized my prongs were about ready to lose my stone. Price was amazing to correct and resize. Will keep my business local and with Knolls Jewelry.

Very honest and amazing!!! Small and perfect will not rip you off like the big chains! They are trustworthy something you don’t find much these days. I have purchased items and had them repair my wedding ring several times here !! Will not go any where else for my personal repairs! BTW bought an amazing pair of earrings( unique) for Christmas here. My jewelers from now on!

Took my ring over on Tuesday! Was welcomed in and helped right away! 24 hours later it was done! Highly recommend! Sue was awesome and has been there over 30 years! I will be having my ring checked every couple of months!

Sue was so welcoming and professional, I was immediately impressed by this shop. Not only did she quote a very reasonable price, but had the work done before her initial completion timeline. I made a review sometime ago with only a one-star. I was upset over the fact that they commented my HPHT/CVD IGI Certified Lab Grown Diamond as a fake. I apologize for my bad review and am here today to redeem their good standing. Even though this was upsetting to me, I have to say that Sue and the jeweler himself are the most wonderful people. I know people have their own opinions about certified lab grown diamonds, but they've always been very fair and their prices are extremely reasonable and they do fast work. They are amazing people and I am proud to be one of their loyal customers. The photos I provided we're done by their jeweler in a timely manner and it is a stunning piece. I am in fact selling this ring on eBay for $825 in case anyone's
